Is it safe to repair in wet weather?
Minor repairs on pitched roofs can often be done in dry spells. Our roofers will reschedule if conditions are unsafe. For urgent leaks, an emergency weatherproof cover can be fitted immediately.
How do I know if a tile is actually missing vs. a flashing issue?
Your roofer will carry out a full visual inspection before starting work and explain exactly where the problem lies. The quote covers what's actually needed — not a worst-case estimate.
Do you offer a guarantee on roofing work?
Yes. All Fixie roofing repairs are covered by our workmanship guarantee. If the same area leaks again within the guarantee period, we'll return and fix it at no charge.
Do I need scaffolding?
Minor repairs to low-pitch or accessible roofs can often be completed by ladder. For higher or steeper roofs, scaffolding may be required — your tradesperson will advise and this will be included in the upfront quote if needed.
