My window's smashed — can you board it up today?
Yes. Select ASAP when booking and a local glazier will make the window safe, boarding up where needed, then measure for the replacement glass. You'll see the upfront price before any work starts.
Can you fix misted double glazing without replacing the whole window?
In most cases, yes. When the seal fails and glass mists up, we replace just the sealed unit rather than the whole frame — a far cheaper fix. Your glazier will confirm this is possible on site.
Do you fit toughened or safety glass?
Yes. For doors, low-level windows and other critical locations we fit toughened or laminated safety glass to meet building regulations. Your glazier will advise where it's required.
Is the glazing guaranteed?
Yes. All Fixie glazing is covered by our workmanship guarantee. If a sealed unit mists again or a repair fails within the guarantee period due to workmanship, we'll return and put it right at no charge.
